Comba Proposed Secondary Listing on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities by way of an introduction

(15 November 2022 – Hong Kong) ─ Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited (“Comba Telecom” or “the Group”, SEHK stock code: 2342), a global-leading solutions and services provider of wireless and information communications systems, is pleased to announce the proposed secondary listing of its issued ordinary shares as well as ordinary shares that may be issued under the existing share option scheme and share award scheme adopted by the Company on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) by way of an introduction (the “Proposed Secondary Listing”) and has, on 15 November 2022, submitted a listing application in respect of the Proposed Secondary Listing. Should the Proposed Secondary Listing be completed, the Company’s issued ordinary shares will continue to be listed and traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange thereafter.

Mr. Tony TL Fok, Chairman of Comba Telecom said, “The Proposed Secondary Listing will, upon completion, allow the Company to access the securities market in Singapore and to develop the Group’s presence in such market. While the Proposed Secondary Listing will not involve any equity fundraising in Singapore, the Company believes that the Proposed Secondary Listing will broaden the Company’s shareholder base as well as its fundraising channels for the future, which is in turn conducive to the promotion of the Company’s corporate image and enhancement of the liquidity of its securities in the longer run.”
