(01 December 2010 – Hong Kong) –Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited (“Comba” or “the Group”, Hong Kong stock code: 2342), a leading wireless enhancement solutions provider announced that it has successfully secured the orders from tender of China United Telecommunications Corporation (“China Unicom”) for procurement of Wireless LAN (WLAN) Equipment in 2010.

Comba overcame intense competition with bids submitted by 34 suppliers. Testing and inspection of Comba’s WLAN equipment and manufacturing facilities by China Unicom, excellent brand reputation and quality products were important winning factors. China Unicom officially awarded Comba “First Class Manufacturer of WLAN product” status in its procurement program. In this China Unicom procurement exercise, Comba has accounted for 14% share of the orders, supplying more than 120,000 units of of WLAN access point equipment.
