(18 November 2009 – Hong Kong) – Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited (“Comba” or “the Group”, Hong Kong Stock code: 2342), a leading wireless enhancement solutions provider, announced the commencement of operations of the new factory located on the Group’s existing manufacturing site in Guangzhou, PRC.

The new factory marks a new milestone to the Group’s continuing development. The gross construction area of the new seven-storey factory covers approximately 24,000 square meters. The total cost incurred for construction of the new factory is approximately HK$60 million (excluding new machinery purchasing costs). With the new factory in operation, the production capacity of the Group will more than double, thereby enabling the Group to realize the economies of scale and deliver products in a shorter period to customers.

 Mr. Tony TL Fok, Comba’s Chairman and President, said, “With the inauguration of the new factory, the Group is able to significantly expand its manufacturing capacity in wireless enhancement, antennas and subsystems, wireless access (DMS and WLAN) and other related innovative products.
