Officer, Human Resources & Administration


Main Responsibilities:

HR

  • Responsible for HR functions such as recruitment, learning & development, staff benefits management and performance management for Hong Kong and designated regional offices;
  • Work closely with regional HR to review existing policies and procedures and ensure all Hong Kong and regional practices are complied with labor law and align across the regions;
  • Maintain various kinds of HR database such as headcount summary, regional HR cost summary, etc.
  • Assist in preparing HR management report and cost analysis for management review in a quality and timely manner;
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Admin

  • Responsible for Hong Kong and regional administration functions, including but not limited to office insurance renewal, office lease renewal, admin capex management, etc.
  • Assist in formulating and implementing office administration policies and procedures and ensure smooth daily operations;
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources/Business Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years’ relevant HR & Administration experience;
  • A good team player, positive, independent, proactive and attentive to details;
  • Good analytical skills with numerical and business senses;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
