Administrative Assistant


Job Description

We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team as Administration Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general office administrative duties such as reception, procurements, repair & maintenance of office equipment;
  • Arrange all incoming and outgoing mails and courier services;
  • Arrange travel and hotel accommodations for staff business trip;
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing staff recreation activities and company events;
  • Occasional travel and outdoor work are required;
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as requested.

Job Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above;
  • 1-2 years solid working experience in Admin. Fresh graduates with higher qualification will also be considered;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with common sense and good telephone manner;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel) and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
