Remote Monitoring Service

Remote monitoring of network element is provided 24/7 through the Operation and Maintenance Centre (OMC) software platform. The OMC provides automatic management of Comba’s network elements, such as RF Repeater, Fiber Repeater, Frequency Shifting Repeater, Tower Top Booster, etc., as well as provides alarm collection, status monitoring and parameter configuration. It provide real-time or scheduled query for parameters configuration and status update. The OMC is also capable of providing north bound interface for integration with other EMS or NMS with SNMP functionality.

Routine Maintenance Service

Based on service level agreement and customer requirements, Comba can design a suitable routine maintenance service package for all network elements. Trained technicians can be deployed to site for physical inspection, fault rectification or firmware upgrade. This is to ensure that potential faults are detected early so that equipment downtime is minimized.

Down Time Repair

To ensure minimum service disruption to mobile subscribers, Comba’s trained technicians can be deployed to sit to investigate any alarm or physical disruption. Our technicians have the skills and materials needed to repair faulty modules and restore optimal operation in the shortest time.
